I flew out to the Windy City to speak at the Microsoft .NET Experience Expo at Motorola; I did the forum session on Building Mobile Applications Using the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework... Thursday, May 05, 2005 6:13 PM

I decided to spend my EBs on something that would: 1) make my eyes happier 2) lower the temperature in my home office 3) allow me to reclaim desk space so.. I picked up two Samsung 193P 19” LCD monitors .[1] These replace a seven year old ViewSonic P815 (21”) and a four... Read More...

Data Anywhere
Wednesday, February 09, 2005 12:43 PM
I attended the Data Anywhere session given by Markus Egger whom you might know as the publisher of this magazine and President of this company . Excellent talk! He demonstrated such passion for his topic, not to mention he ran over quite a bit; I really love hearing passionate speakers. Despite my enjoyment of this talk, I’m actually not going to say too... iPod
Saturday, July 31, 2004 10:13 PM
w00t! I picked up a new 40GB iPod today.. I, of course, did not read the instructions, but instead took it out of the box and started playing with it. I picked up the interface like that *snaps fingers*. The click-wheel is so darn intuitive! Share this post: email it! | bookmark it! | digg it! | reddit! | kick it! | live it! Read More...

Firefox thoughts..
Friday, July 23, 2004 5:41 PM
MikeWo took a peek at Firefox and has posted his thoughts . I used to use Firefox now and then, primarily for Googling [Google Groups] (I found it extremely wonderful to open new tabs and see the threads I had opened, as opposed to having to Alt-Tab to a new IE window). I concur with Mike that the toolbars need some work. I have my IE toolbars set to No text... Read More...

Don Box points out causticTech . Good stuff. Oh, and make sure you take a look at the Web Economy BS Generator ( note: the URL and title actually spell out the word, so certain filters may block this) Update: Blunderman is damn funny (and true, in my experiences)..
