A co-worker noted that you may need to follow the workaround detailed in KB925336 to get it to install successfully. (thanks, Matt!)
There are grumblings on the Advanced .Net Developmentor distribution list that the install time for the Vs.Net service pack is just giant (if you have VC++ as part of your install) and that it required a little over 6 GB of free space on your hard drive! ouch.
