NewsGator (owners of my favorite aggregator, FeedDemon) are going mobile. Their announcement is here. They have purchases smartRead and smartFeed. I’m betting that they integrate smartFeed into smartRead.
Darren Strange [Office 2007 team] has put to gether a nice webcast of OneNote 2007 features (via TabletPCBuzz)

NewsGator is committed to mobility, and I am excited that they have brought me and my products on board... I think mobile readers on their own, and there are some really good ones, don’t work (at least they didn’t for me). A mobile reader needs to be an extension of your user experience and with the NG sync engine this is possible.

Lastly, your intuition of integrating the two applications (smartFeed and smartRead) may be spot on. That is being discussed now. Actually, I am on the fence. On the one hand I see the two applications having much in common, but on the other I see two separate use cases and user experiences. I am hoping the community can help with direction on this.
