Software / Hardware 

• Avonelle notes that Sybase SQL Anywhere is now supporting .NET CF 2.0
• The Verizon version of the HTC Apache, the XV6700, will be available in retail channels on January 19 (via Engadget)
• PocketPCThoughts.com is noting that the Palm Treo 700W will launch on January 5
• Brandon Miniman of pocketnow.com blogs about his i-mate SP5m experiences
• Boxwave is now selling a cradle for the HTC Wizard (via CoolSmartPhone.com)  – it looks good, but not for me;  I’ll keep my USB charge/sync cables.
• DopplerMobile beta is out (via the::unwired)  Interesting. It has NewsGator synchronization, so it might pull me away from GarishKernels.

• Peter Foot blogs about issues with the RecipientCollection

• HTC now has a US website (via msmobiles.com)
• Check out this BetaNews piece on T-Mobile 2006 expansion plans (more 850MHz action!) All I want (ok, one thing) from T-Mobile is an EDGE vs GPRS coverage map.  Decent customer service would be another (I don't know which is worse, their in-store or on-the-phone customer service).. [sigh].
